Brandice is a Loan Officer and Income Tax Assistant at Preferred Mortgage and Tax Service. She reviews information for home loan purchases and refinances, helping first-time buyers achieve their dream of homeownership and assisting existing homeowners with additional property purchases. Brandice also supports Preferred Tax Service with data entry and customer service. With experience in government agencies, banks, and top insurance companies, she enjoys solving problems and finding solutions for clients. Passionate about helping others, Brandice has volunteered with hospitals, churches, and community events. Her favorite scripture is Psalm 37:4: “Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.”
